We use the information you provide only to answer your request, to handle the quotation process and to keep the website secure. Your information is not sold or rented and is not used for marketing without your permission. Form messages are forwarded by email to the relevant members of our staff and stored in an administration panel that only authorised persons can access.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites such as our social media accounts. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and recommend that you read their policies when you visit them.

- Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Arts. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live.
- International transfers: we are established in Türkiye, which is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Information you send us is processed in Türkiye where this is necessary to respond to your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Google may process data in the United States; Google LLC is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
